Why These Saunas?
Handcrafted in Northern New York
Built by an Amish woodworking community with generations of carpentry experience.
Locally Sourced Cedar
The builders harvest and mill their own white cedar, eliminating multiple supply chain markups while maintaining exceptional quality.
Why They're Affordable
Most premium saunas become expensive because materials pass through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and installers before reaching the customer.
Soul Lift Saunas keeps nearly the entire process in-house—from harvesting cedar to milling lumber and building each sauna. That efficiency allows them to offer handcrafted saunas at prices that are often thousands less than comparable models.
Why We're Selling Saunas?
After operating mobile saunas and helping hundreds of people experience authentic wood-fired sauna, I was constantly asked the same question:
"Where can I buy one?"
I searched for builders whose craftsmanship matched my standards without the inflated prices often found in the sauna industry. That's what led me to Soul Lift Saunas.
Today I'm proud to help people throughout the Northeast find the right sauna for their home, cabin, business, or retreat property.

Base 6'x10' Unit
The 6x10' is a 1-4 person sauna with a 6'x8' hot room and 2' porch, starts at $5,000.00.
This price includes the choice of siding, roof color, and porch options (ie: posts on porch or not, firewood box on porch or bench).
We use all cedar for our interior and benches, except the floor which is a finished pine. The walls have a sauna vapor barrier, rockwool insulation, and then pine exterior siding.
Our stoves are manufactured in house, and include 35 pounds of stones with purchase. You also have the option to choose your own stove.
Windows are an extra $200 for a small (12"x18" in door or similar), $350 for medium (16"x50" or similar), and $500 for large (36"x70" across from the benches).
There is also the option for an 'L-style' bench layout.
Delivery is $5 a mile from the zip code 12967 or customers have the option to come pick up their sauna themselves. We do all the loading for them and since these units are built on 4"x4" pressure treated skids, they can slide/move around with 3-4 people pushing them. Small equipment makes it even easier.
