Founded by Chris Callaway, New Paltz resident, photographer, husband and father, and your future fire-stoker. Wintersun is a nature-focused mobile sauna built around gathering. We partner with local orchards, parks, farms, and small businesses to bring sauna into meaningful outdoor spaces, especially during the quieter seasons.

At its heart, Wintersun is about connection, to yourself, to others, and to the land. We believe wellness should be accessible, affordable, and part of everyday life.

We’re just getting started, but our vision is clear: to create welcoming, nature-based experiences where health and community grow together.

We’re currently seeking land partners: farms, orchards, and parks, who can host our mobile sauna. This partnership is mutually beneficial by boosting visitor engagement, supports year-round traffic, and opens new revenue through shared space, and co-branded events.
